Role Summary
Our Project Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing aerospace projects throughout the full project lifecycle. You will be primarily responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring project goals are met on time and within budget, and maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards in our aerospace projects.
Dimension of Function
You will be responsible for leading, executing, implementing, reporting, supervising and managing projects for our Aerospace customer.

Area of Responsibility
- Leading and managing projects related to Airbus ME domain, ensuring the project is completed within budget, timeline, and scope.
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations and ensuring that the project meets their needs.
- Implementing ITIL and COBIT frameworks to ensure the project meets industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and technical experts, to ensure project success.
- Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Conducting quality assurance reviews to ensure that the project meets quality standards.
- Managing project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the project team to ensure that they are motivated and working effectively towards project goals.
Knowledge / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in aerospace project management, with a track record of successful project deliveries.
- Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and make sound decisions.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
