Description


The scope of the proposed Project Manager position will include but not be limited to the following:
• Set project goals and develop plans to meet those goals.
• Enhanced attention to detail and follow up on project goals.
• Prepare and facilitate weekly status reports and meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
• Manage resources, risks, issues, changes and customer satisfaction and help identify ways to mitigate any risks, issues or changes.
• Maintain responsibility for the technical oversight of migration, development, application/database administration, and test team.
• Coordinate with the Application Manager, Application Developers, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration team, Agency Vendors and other parties involved in project.
• Use project management tools to monitor project deliverables and review deliverables before sending to production. 

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
• 4+ years of experience in leading, directing and managing projects.
• 2+ years of experience presenting information to technical and non-technical audiences and effectively managing resources and communicating the variances in scope, schedule/time and cost.
• 2+ years of experience in developing detailed project plan to monitor and track projects.
• 1+ years of experience in using project management tools.

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: 
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
• 1+ years of experience in Jira or MS-Project.
• 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Office.
• 1+ years of experience in managing Oracle Cloud migration(s).
• Understanding of functional and business requirements by aligning with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)/Applications Developers.
