Project Manager:

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional planning and overseeing projects, programs, and process improvement. This role will report to Enterprise Planning, but support all client departments.

Essential Functions:

  • Project and product plan development, maintenance, reporting and escalation
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Provide visibility and solutions to challenges
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Track and measure departmental efficiency
  • Delegate project tasks
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Use and continually develop Project Management and leadership skills throughout the company

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects from initiation through rollout
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Associate degree in related field
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Prior Project Management experience of one year or more
  • Prior experience with inventory systems, GP Software (Great Plains), Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in a consumer-packaged goods environment
