  1. 15+ yrs of experience with 10+ years in project management
  2. Capability to run OSS projects and manage various stakeholders
  3. Should have hands on knowledge on OSS platforms
  4. Ability to manager projects upto $5m
  5. Knowledge on waterfall and agile projects
  6. Ability to streamline activities, manage teams, work on reporting, financials etc
  7. Capability to drive the project independently and deliver results basis the defined KPIs on cost, quality and schedule
