Project Manager

Job Description:

Our rapidly growing company is seeking an experienced and certified Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Safe Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience, particularly in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, from initiation to completion, while adhering to Safe Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess a Safe Agile certification with hands-on experience in implementing and managing Safe Agile frameworks.
• Demonstrate proficiency in guiding and coaching teams through Agile practices to achieve project success.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Utilize Jira/Jira Align or similar Safe supporting tools to streamline project tracking and management.
• Oversee and collaborate with vendors and System Integrators (SIs) to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Proactively manage relationships, contracts, and deliverables with external partners.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with business stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer.

Tool Experience:

Proficient in using Tempo, Enterprise Insights, and Oracle Fusion/Financials for project management and financial tracking.

Knowledge of Source-to-pay processes and tools, contributing to efficient project execution.

Qualifications:

• Must have: Databricks, Safe, data visualization, Snowflake, Azure, Agile. Oracle Fusion
• SAFe certification
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Safe Agile Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on Safe Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira/Jira Align or similar Agile project management tools.
• Hands-on experience with Tempo, Enterprise Insights, Oracle Fusion/Financials, and Source-to-pay tools.
