Project Manager

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on project management and delivering financial applications using Agile methodologies.

· At least 5 years of managing teams with financial application delivery in a functional capacity, i.e. Oracle or SAP implementations, Oracle EPM, or other relevant platforms.

· Experience working in a complex system landscape, with the ability to navigate and manage dependencies across multiple teams and systems.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration

· Experience leading highly complex projects, programs, and teams

· Experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services.

· Experience with the design and implementation of business processes in the functional areas

· Experience with complex Stakeholder Management and Communication Management practices

· Experience with Jira and Confluence project management software.
