Project Manager

Skills | Must Haves:
* Experience managing the full lifecycle of projects.
* Experience with cloud based platforms, reporting tools, database tools, testing tools, data migration
* Experience with project controls, project management and phases.
* Experience: Analyzing, interpreting information and implementing recommended changes in project management policy, planning and budgeting.
* Experience in systems analysis, broad-based knowledge or business environments.
* Experience with development/data migration (APIs-Rest/SOAP, Automation-MuleSoft and other PaaS specific)
* Experience with use of MS Office products and project management software tools.
* Exceptional communication skills required to work w/a wide range of individuals including sr. managers, legislators, financial managers, and others.
* Must hold a valid New Hampshire driver's license and/or have access to transportation for use in statewide travel between offices if necessary

Nice to Have Skills:
* Experience with direct involvement in application or product lifecycle management.
* Experience with accessibility requirements (ADA compliance) for customer and business-oriented platforms and portals.
* Experience managing testing efforts on projects of this nature, which include use of automated & manual testing tools, script execution/tracking.
* Experience managing development and support of digital experience or CRM platforms or portals
* Experience on security compliance rules (i.e. NIST, FedRamp, StateRAMP)
* Experience working w/ 3rd party products or other integration concepts (Single Sign on (SSO), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Azure, Etc.)
* Experience with migrations, analytical and API functions, and how tools interoperate with other business systems.
* Experience with how tools interoperate with support database, data access and security with other business systems.
