A St. Paul, MN client has an urgent sourcing request for a Project Manager (primary) and Training Content Developer (secondary) for a project within their Talent Priority program.   Primary Responsibilities Understands the project related drivers and expected business outcomes for the Job Classification and Compensation project. Helps to connect the Gallagher recommendations to the current state to develop recommendations, the timeline to achieve them and the implementation planning and execution Acts as a partner with Labor Relations and Compensation in finalizing our recommendations and implementation planning Identifying the details of decision points and the supporting analysis behind the recommendations Assists with communications planning, navigating implementation from an employee, systems, and fiscal perspective Supports strategic approach and planning to bargain the compensation re structure in a phased implementation approach Assists in the content development of job class and compensation training for the compensation, benefits, labor portions of the Leadership Academy Mandatory Qualifications B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) (or Associates degree plus an additional 5 years’ experience) 5+ years experience in a project management role Experience managing Job Classification and Compensation projects 5+ years experience with all areas of HR, particularly organizational development, learning and development, and labor relations Experience in developing training content Experience in developing Job Classification and Compensation strategies and related tactical plans Desired Skills Note: Diverse and bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Experience managing projects in state, county, or city governments or the non profit sector PMP certification from PMI, or other project management certification Experience with WorkOtter
