About the Role:

Location: Denver, CO

Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote

Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our client. This role focuses on providing special project support for our VP Technical Fellow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with technical teams and projects, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of data science and data engineering.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Project Management experience
Experience supporting technical teams and projects 
Understanding of Data Science or Data Engineering
Knowledge of AWS, Confluence, and Gitlab
Must be proficient with Jira & Office 365

Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to the VP Technical Fellow in executing high-priority technical projects and initiatives.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documentation for executive-level meetings and decision-making.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings and technical sessions led by the VP Technical Fellow.
Assist in the coordination and review of technical proposals, white papers, and publications.
Manage the VP Technical Fellow’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and important reminders.
Serve as a liaison between the VP Technical Fellow and internal teams with a diverse set of processes, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
Track progress of special projects, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
