This role entails a mix of responsibilities from the Product Delivery Manager, Product Owner, and Software Development expertise

This is more on the change delivery side, not very technical however they must have experience on the technical side of the product

Flexible on the in office dynamic-

Barbra is not a micro manager, lot of felixlity on the schedule

NEED To Have

Gitlab- dont need to have extensive knowledge, at least have a willingness to understand the tool

Office 365- very important- Excel spreadsheets-

Executive level presence, executive reporting

Need to understand he SDLC- drive conversations, the documentation of all of the standards, best practices

Culture fit, Team structure-

Running hand in hand with her and VP, and GVP- as well as the directors on their team. ( Devops team, dev teams)
