The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in accordance with the deliverable specifications outlined in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). This role primarily focuses on projects related to ARPA 6.08 CCM System Investments and 8.02 Provider Oversight.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and manage ARPA project plans within the Operations and Administration Division.
  • Research, document, and prioritize enhancements to the Care and Case Management (CCM) Tool funded by ARPA monies.
  • Initiate and finalize scope change request documentation required for contract amendments related to the CCM Tool.
  • Coordinate ARPA work across multiple divisions and offices to align with the Governor’s eHealth strategy.
  • Direct Program Support Administrators for meeting scheduling and issue follow-up.
  • Manage project-related work with Procurement and outside vendors as outlined in the project plan.
  • Evaluate stakeholder engagement and develop external communication plans.
  • Document all processes and projects post-ARPA project finalization.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management with a focus on ARPA-related initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite apps, project planning document templates, and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Knowledge of healthcare initiatives and Department of Justice-funded projects is a plus
