Client is in need of a Project Manager to support the Customer Operations program initiatives. the location for this role can be remote. The resource can work anywhere in the United States.

 

Required skills include:

  • SOWs from vendors that need to be tracked (work delivered per requirements/milestones on time, within budget, etc.
  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) current state vs future state
  • Unified Desktop rollout
  • Related best practices, process development, metrics
  • Training on the above
  • Testing, Readiness, Planning, etc.
