Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 12 months+ (possible extended)

Strong knowledge of PI Planning, Sprint ceremonies, tracking impediments

Ability to multitask while supervising people

IT project management including SAFe Agile

Networking/negotiating skills

Guiding team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers

Guiding team on how to get the most out of self-organization

Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity

Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments

Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
