Skills:

  • 7+ years proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • 7+ years of experience with ERP - Preferably with Oracle
  • Proficiency in developing project plan and managing integrated project schedule using MS Project
  • Advanced level experience/competency in managing and administering the functional aspects of medium financial systems and related post-implementation issue resolution


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of Oracle EBS Integration and enhancement projects
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables per client's needs
  • Define project
  • Develop full scale project plans using Microsoft Project and Excel. Work with client to satisfactorily plan and schedule project timelines to guarantee on-time delivery
    • Track project deliverables and communicate with project/enhancement sponsors to deliver on-time and within scope
    • Maintains complete control of project schedules, risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks
    • Develop scope of work statements, work breakdown structures, resource allocation models and implementation action plans
    • Lead meetings between stakeholders, senior managers and executives
    • Collaborate with Technical Leads, developers, DBAs and business users on system requirements gathering, system analysis, design and implementation of new features and systems
    • Apply SDLC procedures and practices for all activities and deliverables
    • Liaison with consultants to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
    • Demonstrate accountability for meeting milestones and delivery of a quality product


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • Degree in Business and / or Computer Science, preferably MBA
