Primary Role and Responsibilities

Accountable for operational execution of project activities, working with multiple Agile Release Trains / leads

Manages and accountable for the project plan, project issues, status reporting, change management, risk and mitigation plans.

Manages status, escalations, and communication within Vitech and to/from client management executives/ customers.

Coordinates with Product, Training, IT, Cloud Ops, Security, and Finance teams as needed.

Track and manage all project costs and financials, including earned/non-earned/WIP models.

Coordinate and lead project/scrum meetings and publish/track notes/action items

Work closely with competency leads from Solution, Engineering, and QA

Responsible for maintaining project documentation including Sharepoint documents, JIRA tickets, hours tracking, hours drawdown, T&M billing/invoicing, and milestone invoices.

Coordinates with legal and sales ops on SOWs, Change Requests, and amendments as needed

Participates in formal agile ceremonites, PIs, and scrums. Coaches and guides project resources through sprints.

SAFe Agile certification and Scrum Fundamentals

PMP/ITIL or similar project management experience

Knowledge of administration software products with background in Retirement, Insurance or Investments

Workday / Adaptive or similar tools

Financials/Budgeting


Coordinate project / partner activities and manage project / partner deliverables

Lead periodic project team meetings, communicating priorities and plans (PM/SPM)

Participate and coordinate periodic project team meetings, occasionally taking a lead role with specific project meetings (APM)

Coordinate with client resources, managing client expectations, and holding the client accountable. Lead client-facing presentations

Responsible for developing Project Manager / Associate Project Manager (SPM)

Responsible for developing an Associate Project Manager (PM)

Coaching and mentoring project team resources

Coordinate with Senior Delivery Executive/Delivery Executive

Contribute to periodic feedback on project resources; interview and onboard new hires/partners as needed
