Project Manager in Data and AI

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Data and AI Division. The
successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the development and implementation of data-driven projects and AI initiatives. The Project Manager will work closely with data scientists,
engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and
within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of data and AI projects, including defining project scope,
goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and
contingency plans.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management,
clients, and team members.
- Facilitate effective communication across project teams to ensure alignment and understanding
of project objectives and deliverables.
- Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and post-project evaluations to
stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring all team members have clear roles, responsibilities,
and performance expectations.

Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Develop risk management plans and maintain risk registers.
- Implement proactive measures to address potential project challenges and obstacles.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews and implement improvements as necessary.

Budget/Efforts Management:

- Develop and monitor project budgets/Efforts, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- PMP or similar project management certification
Skills and Competencies:

- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
- Knowledge or understanding of data science and AI concepts, tools, and technologies is a plus.
