Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure accountability from both IT and business teams.
Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project goals.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with project objectives.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementation.
Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in implementing ERP systems at manufacturing sites, covering functional areas such as production planning, inventory management, quality control, procurement, and supply chain management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
Language:
Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
