Job Description:
•  Formulate statements of problems; establishes procedures for the development and implementation of significant, new or modified project elements to solve these problems, and obtains approval thereof.
•  Gather, define and document the objectives for the project; determine budgetary requirements, the composition, roles and responsibilities and terms of reference for the project team.
•  Report progress of the project on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle.
•  Meet in conference via MS Teams with stakeholders and other project managers and articulate problems / requirements in a form capable of being quickly understood and solved.
•  Prepare plans, charts, tables and diagrams to assist in analyzing or displaying problems; work with a variety of project management tools to aid in the creation of the Project Plan, Project Charter, Con-Ops and RACI          documents.
•  Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion. Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and any risk & issues.
•  Creation of PowerPoint presentations for senior management and project stakeholders.
•  Develop forms and records to document project activities. Monitor the progress of the project, set deadlines, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion.
•  Ensure that all financial records for the project are up to date and tracked appropriately.

Mandatory Qualifications:
1. Must demonstrate, using one (1) or more projects, a minimum of ten (10) years of experience within the last fifteen (15) years. The project(s) must demonstrate that the resource provided services the same or similar to the following tasks:
•  Manage several Project managers, each responsible for an element of the Project and its associated Project team;
•  Manage the Project during the development, implementation, and operations start up by ensuring that resources are made available and that the Project is developed and is fully operational within previously agreed time, cost, and performance parameters;
•  Conduct scrums, sprint planning and sprint backlog refinement;
