Excellent communication skills

Ability to identify and communicate technical issues, both verbally and written to stakeholders;

Professional demeanor to represent the maintenance and documentation activities to stakeholders in a friendly, unbiased, and professional manner;

Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other vendors, State Program staff, and State technical staff;

Ability to work within a demanding project environment;

Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document maintenance requirements; 

Ability to develop recommendations and provide resolution to maintenance and documentation requests;

Ability to translate requirements into information technology solutions;

Ability to perform unit and functional testing on developed application;

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience supporting numerous interfaces relating to DCS and/or CCS systems, which includes maintaining and enhancing these interfaces as needed for changing numerous requirements;

Familiarity with Agile and/or SCRUM development methodologies.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps (formerly Team Foundation Services)
