Project Manager

Job Summary:

• Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company’s infrastructure
• Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the infrastructure(1- 3 years)
• Creation of system activity plan and review of control and contingency plan
• Coordinating with developers and System Support Group (SSG) during production problems
• Training the team for routine monitoring activities
• Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in coordination with the SSG team
• Creating additional processes for system support and monitoring

Technical Skill:

• Linux (Proficient ) and AIX — Scripts, OS HArdening and Patch Management, Administrator Activities
• Db2, Postgre (Knowledge, select with where clause, Table Joins, Backup, Reindex, reorg, table-level locking, execution plan)
• ITIL Understanding
• Storage Exposure and its working
• VM Ware and Hypervisor
• Need to remain process compliant”
• System documentation experience (Writing Change Management, Incident Management, Activity report), ITIL Process Understanding
• Should have past experience of software IT infra support
• Good Communication Skills

Qualifications:

• BE / MCA  / B. IT / Graduate
