Job Description

  • Project management experience in implementing PLM IT projects. Implemented at least 2-3 complex PLM projects as an IT project manager.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to motivate cross functional teams and ensure high quality deliverables by project team.
  • Proven experience in recent implementation of Oracle Cloud PLM or any PLM systems
  • Experience in managing project implementations in the life science domain
  • Knowledge in working with Validated systems (CFR 9 Part 11) is preferred
  • Functional knowledge of PLM for part management, document management, CAD management, change management etc.
  • Experience working on project implementations with European business teams
  • Knowledge in performing strategic analysis for the project, developing schedules and methods for measuring results
  • Experience in roadmap/timeline planning, staffing activities, financial planning and management, project reporting to business and IT Stakeholders
  • Oracle Cloud PLM certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in German is desirable
  • Prince2/Scrum Certification is an added advantage.
  • Clear & concise verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assumes full responsibility and accountability for the project – the deliverables, the team, the budget, and schedule
  • Know project progress & communicate project status to all stakeholders
  • Stay in touch with progress of project dependencies
  • Act as a catalyst to resolve project-related problems
  • Ensure that the project utilizes the PM Framework to its advantage, NOT just as a check box
  • Ensure proper change control of key project artifacts
  • Conduct, document, and communicate Lessons Learned upon project completion
  • RAIDD docs – continue to keep ongoing document to capture any Risks, Actions, Decisions Made & Decisions Needed
  • Negotiate appropriately skilled resources for activities & tasks
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for team members
  • Promote effective working relationships
  • Reward and recognize team members
