Experience: 12+ Years Mandate

Responsibilities: 
PMP certified or equivalent
Having experience on Agile/Scrum
Having Experience on JIRA
Experience in Payment domain, Payment Gateway, Mobile payments, Digital system, BFSI Domain.
Experience in an organization in Cards / Digital Payments space
Received formal Project management education
Program/delivery management experience, with a strong background in Project Management
The ability to manage, mentor and guide a set of Project Managers.
Process-orientated with the ability to manage the full cycle of multiple projects concurrently
The ability to manage the client across both business and technical organizations
Strong written and oral English communication skills
Managed End to End Program and Project delivery including:
Scoping management
Scheduling management
Resources management with at least 5 /6 direct reports
Cost management
Communication management
Risk management
Procurement management
Stakeholders Management
Project governance management
Integration management
