Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze our current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements
Be a servant leader and Facilitate all Agile ceremonies for Originations Scrum team including, Daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, retrospectives, grooming. 
Expert at sprint & release planning along with creating Sprint burn down and product release level burn up charts. 
Experienced in remotely leading third party professional services teams and help them in achieving their goals by removing impediments. 
Coach team members as needed in SCRUM methodology and motivate them to achieve higher maturity. 
Track and Communicate team velocity
Conduct estimation workshops continuously using Agile estimating techniques
Experience managing agile projects using tools such as Trello, JIRA/Rally, Agile Accelrator, Copado and Client QC; providing software training to team members as needed
Develop and maintain story map, feature map, and budget materials for multiple simultaneous projects and operational activities
Provide accountability for the financial management and budgeting process for operations and SCRUM team releases. 
Assist in training team members and other TFS employees on Agile and software design thinking concepts
Manage various projects at TFS directly related to software development
Foster and model a collaborative team environment driven to build great software while having fun

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Proven leadership and motivation skills with Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally
Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement
Can maintain a high level of energy and engagement
A love to learn and improve as a Scrum Master, always looking to bring something new and helpful to the team

Must Haves:

Several years of successful implementation of custom development experience with a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree
PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
