The PM should be located in Philadelphia, work remote, but home office will be Plainsboro, NJ so they may be required to come into Plainsboro, NJ.
Anyone remote but may need to come to Plainsboro NJ once in a while as needed but not on a regular basis.

Job Purpose
As a project manager, you are expected to drive external/internal projects seamlessly by following appropriate project management skills, methodologies, and phases and build exceptional customer relationships. Project managers may work closely with higher management to make sure that the scope and cost of each project is on-schedule. Project managers are expected to be self-driven and responsible of the overall project to success. A project manager assumes full responsibility for successfully initiating, designing, planning, controlling, executing, monitoring, and closing a project.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 7+ years of project management experience within the UC, IP Telephony, Cloud, and Infra.
  • Passionate & Self-driven experience in PMI methodologies
  • Strong knowledge and experience on project management knowledge areas and phases.
  • Strong customer relationship skills;
  • Communicate effectively to all levels within the organization
  • Willingness to continuously improve & develop yourself, and your team.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Expertise in developing a detailed project plan, Risk metrics etc.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Manage good relationship between client, vendor and stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation/artifacts as well as PMO online tools to reflect project status, progress and other project details as required.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills .
  • Developing and maintaining project management processes, standards, and methodologies specific to IT infrastructure projects.
  • Providing guidance, support, and training to project managers and other team members involved in IT infrastructure projects.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, risks, and issues for all IT infrastructure projects.
  • Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Managing the IT Infrastructure PMO team and ensuring that they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, project sponsors, and vendors.
  • Continuously improving the PMO's processes and practices to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction


Desired Qualification and Experience
Minimum 7+ years of work experience in PMO.
Experience in managing multiple projects from inception to successful completion.
Knowledge / experience in managing large complex technological solutions including new or innovative technologies.
Knowledge of Infrastructure technical domains (Unified Communication, Security, Network, SD WAN, VOIP, Messaging, Telecom/Telephony, Server Platform, Storage, Client/Desktop Database, ITSM, SIP and Cloud technologies)
Understanding of IT Finance costs (capital, operating costs) a plus
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Project-Mandatory); Advanced Excel/ Microsoft project experience level a plus.
