Clearance Required: Candidate must be a US Citizen, and have at least a Secret Clearance.

Experience:
- 10+ years of planning and executing engineering projects as a Program/Project Manager which includes 2 - 4 years managing federal IT projects.
- Experience developing or managing Command and Control (C2) Common Operating Pictures (COP) or aviation COP projects or Geographic Information System projects or Airspace management projects or Aviation C2 system
- Experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) along with leading cross-functional teams and delivering services as required
Job Description:
- Be responsible for all aspects of IT project performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial) per agency policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports outlining the status of tasks performed during the reporting period to the Government.
- Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.
- Develop, maintain, and implement a Project Management Handbook per Agency template and standards that guide the performance of all functional activities performed on each project.
- Exercise judgment, originality, and resourcefulness in ensuring that systems and services are developed and delivered by business owner requirements and current technology.
- Apply and demonstrate agile project management principles where applicable including facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching product owners in backlog grooming.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile Project Management and working knowledge of Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education:
- BS/BA or higher, in an IT-related field.
Certifications:
- PMP Certification or an equivalent project or program management certification is required
- Scrum Certification or an equivalent - Preferred
