Job Description
- Provide leadership for a program or multiple projects
- Provide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomes and deliverables
- Create clear and attainable project/program objectives
- Create clear and attainable project/program requirements
- Create and communicate project related artifacts (Statements of Work, Scope Statements, Project Schedules and Status reports.
- Manage program/project constraints of cost, time and scope
- Form close links with team members and stakeholders
- Provide knowledge transfer
Sample Skills/Requirements
- Five (5) years of Project Management experience
- Two (2) years of experience directly interacting with Project Sponsors, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and Development Team Members
- One (1) year of experience using remote collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc.
- Project experience with systems that leverage data from multiple sources across an organization
- Experience working in a Project Management Office
- Ability to management multiple projects concurrently
- Experience with different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Ability to define program/project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders
