  • Provide leadership for a program or multiple projects
  • Provide strategic vision and thinking with focus on outcomes and deliverables
  • Create clear and attainable project/program objectives
  • Create clear and attainable project/program requirements
  • Create and communicate project related artifacts (Statements of Work, Scope Statements, Project Schedules and Status reports.
  • Manage program/project constraints of cost, time and scope
  • Form close links with team members and stakeholders
  • Provide knowledge transfer

Sample Skills/Requirements

  • Five (5) years of Project Management experience
  • Two (2) years of experience directly interacting with Project Sponsors, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and Development Team Members
  • One (1) year of experience using remote collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Teams, Skype, SharePoint, etc.
  • Project experience with systems that leverage data from multiple sources across an organization
  • Experience working in a Project Management Office
  • Ability to management multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience with different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Ability to define program/project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders
