Project Manager

Job Description:

• This person will be walking around talking to stakeholders 30% of time (not just sitting at desk all day). They have 2 big warehouses.
• Scope of work: inventory reconciliation, processes around that, processes around implementation, laying out operations, physical layout changes and flow process
• Deliverables, account items, due dates, & project work
• Smartsheet
  • Ask them if they can build from scratch or need to use templates
• Microsoft
• Forma PM training
  • Will be presenting to big clients Corsair, Hewlett Packard, Sony, etc.
  • Professional layout, presenting to customer
• Experience as a project manager and successful completion of projects
  • Need to know assign resources, action items, help document milestones deliverables
  • Driver of projects, double checking people, Scrum calls every day
  • 15 min touch base calls with each leader
