Skills:
 

• Java, 3 years of familiarity with Java components and webservices.
• 5 yrs. Strong project management background in understanding technologies and interdependencies.
• Project Manager for 5yrs. Seasoned Project Manager with exellent collaboration and communicaton skills
• WebLogic, 3 years of experience with understands Oracles Weblogic Portal and Web Technologies.

Qualifications:
 

A seasoned professional Project Manager (PMP preferred) with ecellent collaboration and communication skills having led implementaitons of website design and construction. The candidate must have the ability to:

• Recommend, design, and implement technology solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Lead technical professionals
• Multitask and manage medium sized projects in a cross-functional setting, including the ability to manage: project schedules; issues; risks; and scope
• Build consensus across multiple organizations.
• Blend creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills for refining existing theories or developing new system approaches to seize opportunities to sustain business success.
• Build teamwork and with strong interpersonal skills
• Set and manage client expectations
• Effectively communicate complex technical matters in business terms. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.

Responsibilities:
 

This position is to lead a 12 month effort for the development and implementation of new and improved functionality for a public customer facing portal utilizing Oracles Weblogic Portal. This position will require overall orchestration of the integration efforts of several other project initiatives already in progress. The position requires a strong background in customer facing web applications.
