Project Manager (Scrum)

Position Overview:
 

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in Scrum methodologies to lead our agile teams in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate collaboration, drive project success, and ensure alignment with business goals while promoting an agile mindset across the organization.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

•  Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and productivity.
   
• Develop project plans, define scope, and set timelines. Manage the execution of projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
   
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
   
• Mentor and support team members in agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
   
• Identify potential project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
   
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team productivity and project success. Use data to drive decision-making and improvements.
   
• Maintain clear and open communication across all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
   

Requirements

Qualifications:
 
·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
·         Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
·         Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an agile environment.
·         Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and agile principles.
·         Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
·         Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
·         Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or equivalent
