Project manager /scrum master (Onsite, Dutch Required)

Location – Amsterdam

Contract duration – 6 months with option of extension based upon experience.

Job Description

IT resource which will be allocated via IT to the Remote Metering NL program in the workstream of “IT/OT

Role : Partly scrum master & project manager combined . Project concerns software & product development incl rollout our Heat Customers. Smart Metering roll-out.

Working with multiple supplier teams (3 x ) and 1 one team (Vattenfall).

As project manager managing key milestone & activities for product & software deployments that need to be planned. Reporting to the IT/OT program manager.

- Ensure that all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered accordingly.

- Planning, monitoring, and documenting tasks throughout a project. Use MS Projects.

- Identifying project goals, needs, and scope. Provide Highlight reports.

- Managing all resources necessary for project deployments. Ensuring that timelines are met .

- Foreseeing and strategically eliminating blockers and potential risks. Inform on time .

Skills:   

Build.

o Senior Scrum master. Certified in Agile Scrum.

o Championing Agile & Scrum within a team.

o Supporting multiple teams ( 3x)

o Support & helping the team to complete & tackle tasks.

o Ensuring sprints are time boxed .

o Product and /or software development in scrum way .

o Managing software suppliers.o Collaborate with other teams and streams with the program

o Following Vattenfall standards and Architectural guidelines

Education:   

- Medior Project manager. Certified in Prince 2 and /or PMI and/or IMPA.

- Experiences in managing 1 or more projects.

- Combination of Waterfall & Agile experience is a plus. WAGILE experience is a plus.

- Utilities experience is a must.

- Product development experience is a plus

- Software development experience is a must.

- Communications is key and also stakeholder management
