Role Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects related to Adobe Marketo implementation and optimization. This includes but is not limited to Marketo Channels & Statuses alignment, Marketo Form Consolidation, Marketo Workspace and Partition Consolidation, Marketo and Salesforce Synchronization Refinement, Marketo Global Lead Scoring implementation, GDPR Compliance implementation, CPP Tier Segmentation, Dynamic Content utilization, Reporting Enhancements, Lead Source Tracking, and Design Studio Cleanup. The Project Manager will be in charge of ensuring timely and successful project delivery, managing project timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketo administrators, digital marketers, IT professionals, and external vendors.

Experience (Years): 7 & Above

 

Essential Skills:

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the implementation and optimization of digital marketing platforms such as Adobe Marketo.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to mitigate project risks.

Experience in leading project meetings, providing status updates, and resolving issues.

Proficiency in tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and familiarity with Adobe Marketo functionalities.

 

Desirable Skills:

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Experience in managing projects related to marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with GDPR compliance and other regulatory requirements in the digital marketing domain.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Experience in conducting project post-mortems and implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
