Description

Responsibilities:

  • Review upcoming business change requests with multiple businesses.
  • Document details of IT changes that will be occurring for the product.
  • Coordinate and resolve gaps in information and prioritize the execution of changes along with the Business.
  • Organize changes in sprints with the implementing teams.
  • Proactive Communication of timelines of changes and upcoming releases.
  • Manage the timely delivery of work with multiple teams.
  • Identify and escalate Risk/delays proactively.
  • Make sure all agreed documentation and sign offs are captured as per internal IT process.
  • Coordinate Release management, test management, and change management in client environment
  • Manage Upgrade (Test / validation) of the application to next version of Service Now
  • Provide daily operational support
