We are bringing on ServiceNow as our new work management system and need a project manager.  This position will be responsible for organizing, planning, monitoring, scheduling, etc. Do you have anyone who has a PMP certification and familiarity with software implementations?   

Project Manager Position

Skill Sets:

Excellent team and project leadership skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to organize, plan, monitor, and schedule all activities involved in a system implementation.

Ability to work collaboratively with all Stakeholders.

Ability to understand Rutgers University Division of Institutional Planning and Operations (IP&O) business functions and processes, while translating them into system requirements.

Excellent group facilitation and presentation skills.

Ability to provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports reflecting tasks, action items, due dates, and budget items.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in successfully leading system implementations, preferably in ServiceNow but not required.

Professional experience in higher-education preferred but not required.

Development of agendas and leading stakeholder meetings.

Process modeling documentation.

Developing requirements documents, reports, specifications, and analysis.

Experience in developing and successfully executing new system implementation plans.

Experience in planning and organizing meetings and meeting agendas.

Experience in monitoring project schedule and budget.
