Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and identify pain points in existing processes.
- Designing, configuring, and customizing Service Now modules to streamline HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Providing ongoing support and maintenance for Service Now applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Conducting training sessions for HR staff on utilizing Service Now tools effectively.
- Working closely with IT teams to ensure integration of HR processes with other business applications.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong technical expertise in Service Now platform, including experience with Service Now HR Service Delivery and/or Employee Service Management modules.
- Previous experience implementing Service Now solutions in a Human Resources setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
