Project Manager

The Project Manager Will Be Responsible To

 

• Work with project resources to collect requirements, define scope, verify, and control scope.
• Work with stakeholder groups to review, identify, clarify, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
• Provide scoping of proposed solutions
• Define project goals and responsibilities including creation of a responsibility assignment matrix.
• Define activities, sequence activities, estimation of resources and activity duration.
• Develop and control schedule.
• Identify stakeholders, plan, execute and distribute communications and other related project requirements.
• Report on performance, budget, schedule, meeting minutes, decisions, outcomes, risks, and any other reporting requirements
  
   

Manage budget .

 

• Provide mentorship to the team.
• Serve as a liaison between the technology teams and business teams.
• Take on additional assignments as required by the portfolio manager.
• Assist in the change management strategy that includes writing change management documents, creating training documents and videos, training end users, and supporting the team with change management activities.
• Identify high-level risks as part of the project planning process.
• Follow FH structured project management process including Project Charter, budget, and status deliverables.

• Previous experience in managing enterprise-wide projects.
• Previous experience in managing complex technical and clinical integration projects.5+
