The Project Manager Will Be Responsible To
- Work with project resources to collect requirements, define scope, verify, and control scope.
- Work with stakeholder groups to review, identify, clarify, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Provide scoping of proposed solutions
- Define project goals and responsibilities including creation of a responsibility assignment matrix.
- Define activities, sequence activities, estimation of resources and activity duration.
- Develop and control schedule.
- Identify stakeholders, plan, execute and distribute communications and other related project requirements.
- Report on performance, budget, schedule, meeting minutes, decisions, outcomes, risks, and any other reporting requirements
Manage budget .
- Provide mentorship to the team.
- Serve as a liaison between the technology teams and business teams.
- Take on additional assignments as required by the portfolio manager.
- Assist in the change management strategy that includes writing change management documents, creating training documents and videos, training end users, and supporting the team with change management activities.
- Identify high-level risks as part of the project planning process.
- Follow FH structured project management process including Project Charter, budget, and status deliverables.
