Project Manager

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related discipline

 

• Minimum 2 years recent experience in Healthcare with a focus on IT systems and operational support
• Strong knowledge of general workflows in a hospital environment an asset
• Demonstrated internal/external stakeholder provider and clinician engagement experience
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills essential
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work
• Proponent shall possess strong problem solving, analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills and an ability to make effective decisions under pressure
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, documentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience using tools like JIRA, Smartsheet and Office365
  
   

The Site Lead will be expected to apply their experiences as a front-line staff member and liaise with colleagues across the region to ensure the seamless identification, procurement, and deployment of devices and applicable site changes required to support the implementation of a new CIS and the enhanced workflows that will be used by clinical staff.
