CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

10 years of experience using Requisite Pro, Clear Quest, and Clear Case.

10 years of experience in managing large scale IT Projects that include software analysis, design and programming.

10 years of experience tracking key projects milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.

10 years of experience working with end-users and subject matter experts to document, existing processes and identify appropriate changes to existing processes.

10 years of experience with the use of Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel.

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

7 years of experience assembling projects plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on identifying resource needs, performing quality review and timeline.

7 years of project management experience.

7 years of experience communicating project updates both orally and in written form with technical staff, executive management, and user staff.

5 years of experience using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects.

5 years of experience using Cache Server Pages.

5 years of experience using SQL.

5 years of experience using Crystal Reports.

5 years of experience with health applications.

5 years of experience using the Rational Unified Process in the development environment
