Primary purpose of this position is to support the various projects proposed in the Medicaid/HIE APD to ensure
that each of the projects move forward within the schedule, budget, scope and resources available.
This role will be working closely with the HIEA Program Manager to understand dependencies across the
ecosystem.
This Planning Analyst will coordinate across multiple teams to schedule needed sessions, including but not
limited to:requirements gathering, workgroups, statement of work review, project plans,design review,
UAT, kickoff calls and demos.
Creates and maintains documentation to support SOPs and related processes and workflows, project
plans, budgets, reports, presentations,and meeting minutes.
Communicates effectively with partners at SAS, NCDHHS, and payer and provider organizations to ensure
alignment on shared project plans and reporting
Ability to use: JIRA, Microsoft office products(ex. Project. Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint), SharePoint,
and Confluence.
Maintains awareness and understanding of the agency's Strategic business vision, mission, objectives,
priorities, relevant legislation, governance, and funding sources & deadlines.

Project Management and Task Tracking - 3 years
Scheduling and Facilitation - 3 years

Strong Communication Skills - 3 years
Healthcare IT, Medicaid, and/or APD project experience - 3 years
Jira, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Project, Visio), SharePoint, and
Any Graduate
