- Facilitate project team meetings.

- Manage issues/risks and escalate as required.
- Prepare briefing notes to escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Ensures project milestones are realized on time, on budget and of quality.
- Manages scope, project plans and project lifecycle documentation.
- Manages project resources and budget including external vendor resources and support.
Manages expectations of executive sponsor(s), IMITS sponsor(s) and other stakeholders.
- Communication and follow-up
- Facilitate project team meetings, steering committee meetings.
- Stakeholder engagement

Propose viable and appropriate solutions to resolve complex integrated clinical and business challenges.
- Future state solution definitions
- Facilitate current state / future state workshops.
