As a Product lead, you're directly responsible for the delivery of features and capabilities of Experience Services, in partnership with other Chase product team(s), engineering teams into production, and in accordance with predicted timelines to meet Partner Channel roadmap.

Specific responsibilities include:
Grooming of an initiative into specific business requirements which will include:
Research and analysis of existing capabilities across products to appropriately leverage or supplement them with new requirements.
Research and analysis of production defects, control breaks, and monitoring gaps.
Establish understanding of customer needs to adequately define and prioritize requirements.
Partner with LRCC representatives to ensure requirements meet legal, control and risk standards.
Collaborate with DCE partners to ideate on user experience, create conversational flow diagrams and user interface specifications.
Componentize initiatives into executable Epics that will deliver business value to a customer within one release.
Define and write Stories for collaboration with tech partners that will deliver against requirements within one sprint.
Assist in testing and production validation of the delivered stories.
Drive timely delivery of owning initiatives through the following:
Collaboration and awareness of established target dates for customer readiness of initiative
Ensure grooming of Epics and Stories are completed timely to meet sprint goals
