Project Manager with AEM

Description 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to oversee and manage the successful execution of digital projects within our organization. As a Project Manager with expertise in AEM, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure project milestones are met.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to creativity and innovation.
• Conduct regular team meetings, track progress, and address any issues or obstacles.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment between internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

Risk Management and Mitigation:

• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project delivery and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Proactively address issues as they arise, making adjustments to project plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.

Quality Assurance and Delivery:

• Ensure that deliverables meet the defined quality standards and adhere to best practices for AEM development and implementation.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AEM solutions to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Oversee the deployment and rollout of AEM projects, coordinating with IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing or web development, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, and workflows
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
• Familiarity with related technologies and platforms such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Adobe Analytics, and content management systems (CMS) is advantageous.
