Job Description:

Experience in Monitoring and triaging defects and enhancement opportunities alongside Business Teams and sequencing and prioritizing issues based on criticality for efficient resolution.

Providing continuous support throughout the testing cycle and ongoing releases and establishing a Support model and adhering to defined Service Level Agreements.
Owning the release-specific Defects lifecycle and steering them to logical closure.

Playing a pivotal role in enhancements and Defect Management, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and carving out the future scope by actively participating in strategic planning and discussions.


Functioning flawlessly in an Agile Environment, adapting to iterative development processes along with demonstrating agility in responding to changing requirements and priorities.

Ability to participate in a 24*7 support role, ensuring availability and responsiveness and proficiency in running Cut-over activities, ensuring smooth transitions during releases and project milestones.
