Duration: 12 months
Position Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain and communicate schedule.
• Understanding of the different phasing of a project and is able to develop preliminary schedules to support project planning and budgeting.
• Solicit schedules from all contractors and subs to develop accurate integrated schedules.
• Lead conversations with all internal and external stakeholders as it pertains to schedules and critical paths.
• Assist Project Managers with identifying risk, issues and opportunities as it pertains to scheduling.
What are the Top Skills REQUIRED to perform this role/job?:
• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or have a minimum of 10 years + of construction scheduling experience.
• Strong understanding of resource management and cost loaded scheduling.
• Earn Value Management (EVM)
• Strong schedule recovery skillset.
• Self-motivated and excellent time management.
• Adaptable to change and continuous priority adjustments.
• Willing to train PMs on how to use scheduling software and basic construction knowledge.
• Software familiarity: MS projects and Primavera software
• Construction scheduling experience is a MUST
• Ability to demonstrate competence at the interview with real world examples
• Candidate will be expected to provide an example of this in the interview stage.
