Description

Project Support Specialist who will assist our Wireless Implementation Team in managing ongoing Wireless invoicing, billing and process development. The role includes managing vendor relations, reviewing contracts as related to billing, monitoring project plans, tracking budgets, and documenting expenditures. Reliable and accurate financial reporting is required for internal & external customer for overall project management and budget adherence.
To be successful as a Project Support Specialist, individual should be proficient in personal time management and task prioritization, demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills in Excell and Microsoft Office applications, and be adept in cross functional team communication.
This position reports to Senior Manager and is in Atlanta, GA. This Hybrid role requires persons to work in office in office at least 2 days per week and as required by manager.

REQUIRED
• 2+ years of experience in related field (i.e. Accounts Payable/Receivable, Change management, Process Improvement, Project Management, Engineering, Technical Operations) or academic equivalent training or projects.
