Duties

  • Successfully provisions and delivers products to customers
  • Focused attention and analysis on customer requests to ensure fulfillment and responses are accurate and supportable
  • Identify ways to improve processes and effectively provide the best customer experience
  • Write and execute test plans and analyze results
  • Report bugs and work with development team on resolution
  • Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders

Skills
What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Detailed oriented and thorough
  • Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots
  • Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)

Nice to have skills

  • Experience with Visio and Jira a plus
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Knowledgeable about the subscription business model
