Purchase Executive

Job Description

Candidate is responsible for the procurement of IT Hardware products for the company. This includes raising purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget.
 

• Raise purchase orders for IT Hardware products in Tally Prime.
   
• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best possible prices and terms.
   
• Identify and source new vendors for IT hardware products.
   
• Evaluate vendor proposals and select the best vendor for each product.
   
• Track orders and ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget.
   
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and keep up to date with the latest market trends.
   
• Assist with the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
   
• Stay up-to-date on the latest IT Hardware products and technologies.
   
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
   

Requirements

• Any Graduate.
   
• Able to work independently and work as a part of a team.
   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
