Python Automation Engineer

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Gathering requirements by conducting individual testing, participating in team’s testing sessions.
• Detail documentation of Test Plan and results
• Automation of the test plans
• Automation of test plans of extended teams – other tier 4 NVT teams
• Attend project meetings to review system and test requirements

Ideal Profile

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Software Engineer or Software Architect role.
• You possess strong knowledge of Python.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in Automotive domain or other embedded system project.
• Experience in developing test automation system.
• Understands software fundamentals including CI/CD, code modularity and maintainability.
• Ability to identify and contribute software fixes quickly and accurately in a fast paced development environment.
• Experience in test case management system, defect tracking tools (e.g.; JIRA), source code versioning control systems (e.g.; GitHub).
• Positive attitude and adaptable to changing priorities.
