QA Analyst

**Experience:** 
- 84 months performing software, business, and data analysis for multi-year multi-phase projects.
- 84 months coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities.
- 60 months testing web-based software applications with a workflow component.
- 60 months using HP Quality Center/ALM and/or Requisite Pro, or similar.
- 48 months working on projects utilizing an agile framework.
- 48 months working with .Net development projects.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop requirements and specifications according to standard templates.
- Perform business process analysis.
- Facilitate meetings with users to identify and gather software needs, business rules, and complex security requirements.
- Create detailed test plans and execute them.
- Utilize defect management tools to identify, document, track, and communicate problems to technical staff.
- Write SQL data queries for the purpose of validating application data.

**Requirements:**
- IIBA Professional Certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology related field from an accredited institution.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Familiarity with HP Quality Center/ALM and/or Requisite Pro.
- Experience in .Net development projects.

**Note:** This is a demanding role requiring expertise in software, business, and data analysis, as well as proficiency in testing methodologies, agile frameworks, and SQL. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
