Job Description

Kanini is looking for a QA Lead Engineer who has a deep experience in Leading Regression/Integration Testing, Automation Teams, and Web and Cloud Applications Testing efforts while also able to be hands on for critical testing projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 -10 years of QA Automation experience with 4-5+ years of Leadership experience 
Strong experience testing APIs and databases. 
Experience with creating UAT scripts to end users of business entities. 
Demonstrate working understanding of the Scrum/Agile/SAFe Methodologies and defect management process. 
Experience in daily test reporting/monitoring and identifying risks. 
Fluent with Bug and Defect lifecyles. 
Demonstrate working understanding of Database testing skills like writing simple queries to validate the data. 
Ability to Mentor QA Teams and assigning work. 
Should have a strong balance of technical and a proven history of good work across large scale applications. 
Strong communication skills regarding technical topics and remote collaboration skills are critical to this role 
Eager to leverage experience and learn new ways of delivering QA performance.
