QA Automation Test Engineer

Job description:
Required Skills/Experience: 
·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of related experience. 
·      Hands on software quality assurance testing experience (required) Experienced with test automation and tools utilized in the industry (required).
·      Experienced in writing Java script, VB Script and Script (required) Working knowledge of version control systems such as SVN (required). Advanced skills in SQL data retrieval from a relational database (required).

Preferred Skills/ Experience: 
·      Healthcare experience a plus.
·      Experienced in Agile methodology (preferred).
·      Knowledge of web services and API testing (MUST)

Software Skills Required: 
·      Jira, Qtest, Postman, API testing, HP ALM, REST SOAP, Selenium and Cypress.

Education Requirement: 
·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of related experience.

Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):
·      Day to day this role requires working in Agile Scrum team involves designing, executing and documenting test cases to identify defects in software applications while collaborating with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. It also includes attending meetings, analyzing test results, and performing regression testing.
